The Bleu Lavande project is a commercial development aimed at consolidating all company operations onto a single site. The mandate included the complete design of the new site layout, encompassing building positioning, parking areas, interlocking paver surfaces, and an artificial pond fed by surface runoff.
The project also incorporated the integration of an underground fire protection reservoir, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the overall functionality of the site.
