Horan Park Water Features

The work included the development of a new paved pathway, connection to existing municipal services, installation of urban furniture, and implementation of water play features. The project presented several challenges, including maintaining park accessibility during construction, controlling sediment and implementing environmental protection measures, coordinating connections to existing water and sewer networks, preparing construction cost estimates, and coordinating public utility works, including underground electrical services, natural gas, and lighting.
