Immoterra

The Immoterra project is a residential development involving the opening of three new streets. The work included the installation of sanitary sewer lines constructed in open trench, as well as the installation of a force main using directional drilling.

The project site is located on predominantly flat terrain interspersed with wetlands, resulting in locally unsuitable soil conditions. Major excavation work was carried out during winter, requiring careful material management. Rigorous site monitoring was implemented to identify materials requiring disposal and to prevent the reuse of frozen or unsuitable soils within the infrastructure systems.
