Completed over a three-year period, this project aimed to expand the rental offering of the Manoir Rouville-Campbell, a designated historic landmark, while adding a spa and modern thermal facilities in strict compliance with existing architectural standards.

The project includes a four-storey hotel building supported by a waterproof reinforced concrete foundation, incorporating a steel structure that carries three upper storeys built with wood modules. With a footprint of approximately 680 m², the building is connected to the original manor dating back to 1853 and features a glazed walkway leading to a contemporary spa designed with a steel structure.

The work had to address steep topography, floodplain constraints, limited lot conditions, and the implementation of a comprehensive drainage and stormwater management system integrated into a carefully designed landscape plan.
