As an IT Coordinator, you will play a central role in the smooth operation and ongoing development of our technological environment. You will work closely with various internal teams as well as external technology partners, while being part of a dynamic small administrative team where collaboration and versatility are essential. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
IT Support
- Provide first-level IT support to employees;
- Receive, analyze, and process requests through the official support channel;
- Prioritize requests and manage urgent situations according to established procedures;
- Escalate issues requiring external or specialized support.
IT Asset Management
- Manage the company’s IT assets (computers, monitors, peripherals, telephony, etc.);
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records, warranties, and equipment lifecycle tracking;
- Coordinate the purchase, replacement, and disposal of equipment;
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and guidelines.
Software, Licenses, and Access Management
- Manage software licenses and subscriptions;
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions;
- Maintain digital environments (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, business tools);
- Ensure compliance with access rights and permission levels.
Technical Onboarding and Offboarding
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees;
- Handle technical onboarding (account creation, access setup, equipment allocation);
- Manage account deactivation and equipment recovery for departing employees;
- Maintain documentation related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
IT Security
- Apply basic IT security best practices;
- Participate in managing access controls, passwords, and backups;
- Contribute to employee awareness initiatives regarding cybersecurity best practices;
- Identify, report, and document IT incidents or risks.
Tools, Platforms, and Continuous Improvement
- Participate in the implementation, optimization, and evolution of digital tools;
- Support internal platforms used by teams (e.g., CTRL, SharePoint, ACC, etc.) in collaboration with external developers;
- Document IT procedures and best practices;
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategic or non-standard IT matters.
IT Documentation and Governance
- Maintain up-to-date IT procedures, guides, and standards;
- Contribute to the structuring and improvement of internal practices;
- Promote best practices related to tool usage and security awareness among employees;
- Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s internal AI strategy.

Requirements and Desired Skills
What You Bring :
- Education: College diploma (DEC) in computer science, information technology, networking, or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT coordination;
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory) and IT management tools;
- Knowledge: Good understanding of IT infrastructure (workstations, networking, telephony, basic security) and a strong interest in developing AI tools.
Bonus Asset :
- Experience with collaborative tools or business platforms (e.g., CTRL).
